The SEM Committee has today, 15th December 2015 published the Annual Capacity Exchange Rate which will apply in 2016. The SEM calculation of the Exchange Rate, which was submitted pursuant to the SEM Committee Decision on Operational Parameters in 2016 (SEM-15-093), is also included in the publication.
