The SEM Trading and Settlement Code specifies that the Market Operator (SEMO) and the System Operators (TSOs) shall make reports to the Regulatory Authorities proposing values for five groups of parameters used in the settlement systems for each. On the 21st of September the SEM Committee published a consultation paper on the operational parameters, one response was received. Today, the 9th December 2016, the SEM Committee has published a decision paper on the operational parameters for 2017. The Decision Paper does not propose to make any changes from the parameters which are currently applied.
