On 7th December 2011 the SEM Committee published the Annual Capacity Exchange Rate which will apply in 2012. The SEMO calculation of the Exchange Rate, which was submitted pursuant to the SEM Committee on Operational Parameters in 2010 (SEM-10-077), is also published.
