The Regulatory Authorities (RAs) publish today, 15th December, an SEM Committee (SEMC) decision in relation to all-island Generator Transmission Use of System (G-TUoS) charging arrangements. The SEMC have decided that a part postalised/part locational charge shall be introduced for all Generators for 1st October 2011.
Further work by the TSOs is needed to refine the details of the approach outlined in this decision paper and produce indicative tariffs.
