Further to the SEM Committee decision (SEM-10-077) on the operational parameters for 2011 in the Trading and Settlement Code published on 17th November 2010, the paper published today confirms the value of the Annual Capacity Exchange Rate, calculated using the methodology set out in the decision paper SEM-10-007.
