Following the publication on 9th November 2010 of a decision on the criteria to determine Regulatory Authority approval for the registration of a Dual Rated Generator Unit under the Trading and Settlement Code, this information note provides the Regulator’s consideration in this regard and it specifies certain generator units that fit the classification of Dual Rated Generator Units. This note is being published in advance of the system changes going-live which implement the Dual Rated Modification (Mod_34_08).
