On 9th November 2010, the SEM Committee published a decision paper on the criteria that will be used to determine Regulatory Authority approval for the registration of a Dual Rated Generator Unit under the Trading and Settlement Code. This decision is being published in advance of the system changes going-live which implement the Dual Rated Modification (Mod_34_08).
