The Regulatory Authorities (RAs) publish today, 24th September, an SEM Committee (SEMC) decision in relation to the all-island harmonised TLAF arrangements. The SEMC have decided that a compressed TLAF will be implemented for all Generators for 1st October 2010.
Splitting which is the separation of TLAFs in the market schedule and the dispatch schedule will be implemented from 1st October 2011, as the enduring solution for all-island TLAFs. The adoption of Splitting will be subject to final approval by the SEMC based on the output and results of an RA led Impact Analysis
