Today (1 September 2009) , the SEM Committee published a decision paper which reviewed the SMP Uplift parameters in the Trading and Settlement Code. In the light of that review and comments received the SEM Committee has decided that the same values as were used in 2008 and 2009 for the Uplift Parameters should be used in the year beginning 1st January 2010.
