Transmission Loss Adjustment in Commercial Offer Data - General Direction
The SEM Committee has today (18th December 2008) released a General Direction to participants regarding treatment of Transmission Loss Adjustment Factors (TLAFs) in the formulation of Commercial Offer Data.
