The SEM Committee has published a decision paper in relation to repricing following consultation. Consultation responses have also been published. Following this decision, an urgent modification will be raised by the RAs as described in the decision paper. Once this modification becomes effective and subject to SEMO making a satisfactory application for, and being granted, temporary relief from its obligation under Section E.3.8.1 of the Code, repricing will not be carried out between 1 October 2018 and 11 June 2019.
