The SEM Committee have today, 15 November 2016, published a consultation on the draft amendments to the market rules in order to implement the I-SEM market design. This consultation includes the full suite of draft Appendices and Agreed Procedures. The market rules describes how market participants interact with the I-SEM Balancing Market, including, for example, registration, data submission, pricing, calculation of payments and charges, and settlement.
In response to industry feedback, the consultation has been extended from the published work plan, and will close at 17:00 on 10 January 2017. Responses to this consultation paper should be sent to both TSCconsultation@cer.ie and TSCconsultation@uregni.gov.uk.
