Publication of CRM T-4 CY2022/23 Best New Entrant Decision Paper
The RAs today, 28 September 2018, publish the CRM Best New Entrant Decision Paper which sets out the Best New Entrant Net Cost of New Entry (BNE Net CONE) to apply to the T-4 CY2022/23 capacity auction. This paper is published following a consultation process and industry engagement (SEM-18-025).
