On 20th December 2012 the SEM Committee published the Annual Capacity Exchange Rate which will apply in 2013. The SEMO calculation of the Exchange Rate, which was submitted pursuant to the SEM Committee on Decision on Operational Parameters in 2013 (SEM-12-106), is also published.
