Several Generation Licencees have recently submitted Commercial Offer Data (COD) bids with errors in their submission and failed to immediately inform the Authority/ Commission/ MMU. The SEM Committee would like to bring to the attention of Licencees, Para 10 of Condition 17 of the NI Generic Licence and Para 10 of Condition 15 of the ROI Generic Licence.
