Information Paper on Scarcity Pricing and Demand Response in the SEM The SEM Committee has today, 4 November 2021, published an Information Paper on Scarcity Pricing and Demand Response in the SEM. This Information Paper provides an overview of responses to SEM-21-042, which issued a call for evidence on potential changes to scarcity pricing in the SEM and incentives for demand-side flexibility. This Information Paper also provides an outline of the next steps the RAs intend to progress in this area, also considering other publications and developments regarding security of supply since the Discussion Paper was published. |
