The RAs are today, 10 October 2014, publishing a Discussion Paper in advance of the first I-SEM Energy Trading Arrangements (ETA) Rules Liaison Group Workshop (RLG Workshop 1.1). This Workshop will be held in CER offices on Wednesday, 15th October 2014.
