I-SEM Capacity Market Code Modifications Set 2 Decision The SEM Committee has today, 19th November 2018, published the Capacity Market Code Modifications Set 2 Decision Paper which sets out the decisions made by the SEM Committee with regards to the following proposed modifications discussed at Working Group 2 on 31st July 2018: • CMC_11_18 – Long Stop Date • CMC_12_18 – Tolerance Class • CMC_13_18 – Letters of Credit This paper is published following a consultation process (SEM-18-152). It contains a summary of the comments received during the consultation, the individual responses provided to the consultation and the SEM Committee’s decisions with regards to the proposals.
