The SEM Committee is today, 16th December 2017, publishing its Decision Paper SEM-17-083 on ‘ESB’s Proposed Revisions to Directed Contracts Master Agreement & Subscription Rules’.
This decision relates to an obligation on ESB to offer Directed Contracts to suppliers due to ESB’s current generation market share and to provide the associated documentation for the transacting these contracts to the SEM Committee for approval. For clarity, these changes are required to reflect the revised SEM arrangements due to Go-Live in May 2018.
