Today, 7 October 2015, the Regulatory Authorities publish their decision on assignment of TSOs Obligations under Article 1.3 of the Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management (CACM) Guidelines. This follows publication of a consultation on 13 May (SEM-15-033o) to which three responses were received.
