The Single Electricity Market Committee is pleased to report the publication of the Consultation Paper on the Aggregator of Last Resort Framework, today the 5th December 2014.
This Consultation Paper sets out a number of options in respect of how the Aggregator of Last Resort could operate in the new market arrangements, and addresses issues and options in relation to governance, incentives, cost allocation and participant eligibility.
Depending on the level of interest from industry, the RAs propose to hold a workshop on the contents of this paper with interested parties. This workshop will be held on the 16th December 2014. Parties are requested to confirm their attendance to both Warren Deacon and Kenny Dane by 17:00 on 12th December. A venue will be confirmed once the number of participants is known.
