The Regulatory Authorities (RAs) today, 10th October 2018, publish the Capacity Market Code Modifications Timetable in regards to the urgent Modification CMC_14_18 – LCC MW Limits. This is required under sub-paragraph B.12.9.3 (a) of the Capacity Market Code.
The RAs intend to discuss the proposed modification to be at Capacity Market Code Modifications Working Group 3 to be held on 11th October 2018 followed by a consultation due to be issued on 22nd October 2018.
