The SEM Committee is today, 6th November 2015, publishing a Decision Paper which sets out the values for Fixed Ex-Post Capacity Payment Proportions for Trading Years 2016 and 2017.
This decision follows a consultation on the parameters for FCPPy and ECPPy published on 22 September 2015.
