On 6 October 2023, the RAs published a Consultation Paper SEM-23-082 relating to the proposed modification:
CMC_19_23: Modification to Implement the SEMC Decision set out in SEM-23-038 and SEM-23-045 on Indexation of Capacity Payments
The consultation period for the proposal ended on 17 November 2023 and today, 12 December 2023, the SEM Committee publishes the decision paper.
The paper contains a summary of the comments received during the consultation and details of the final decision.
