On 20 October 2021, the RAs published the Capacity Market Code Modifications Decision Paper (SEM-21-080) approving the following modifications: - CMC_03_21 v3: Modification to the provisions for Substantial Financial Completion; and - CMC_12_21: Modification to the methodology for calculating the De-Rated Grid Code Commissioned Capacity. Today, the SEM Committee publish an update to the approved text associated with CMC_12_21 to correct an error within the original publication.
