Capacity Market Code Addendum to Appendix C of SEM-20-064 and the Determination of Seller Limit
On 18 September 2020 the SEM Committee published the decision to implement CMC_09_19 – Supplementary Interim Secondary Trading (Version 2).
As part of this the SEM Committee also published the text to be implemented within the Capacity Market Code.
This addendum corrects the legal drafting set out in Appendix C to Decision SEM-20-064. This relates to the release of liquidity resulting from load following.
