The SEM Committee has today, 30th September 2019, published a decision paper on “Balancing Market and Capacity Market Options”. This follows a public consultation (SEM-19-024) on the matter during the Summer. The paper includes the SEM Committees’ decisions on the issues along with a summary of comments received to the consultation. The non-confidential responses are published alongside this paper.
